IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS TO 99 WONDERLAND PARK (WILDLIFE IN THE CITY) ONLINE TICKETING AND/OR USE OF THE ONLINE TICKETING SERVICES.

This online ticketing is currently valid for the purchase of Entrance Ticket only.
All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
E-ticket must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to your visit to allow your transaction to be processed.
99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City) will send you a confirmation email regarding your ticket purchase after the payment made. Please take note that the transaction is only accepted and completed upon the receipt of the said confirmation email by you. Please verify with us if you failed to receive any confirmation email after the payment made.
Ticket bought online are valid for a single entry upon planned date of visit.
Present the confirmation ticket that you received via email at the counter for ticket redemption.
For identification purposes, MYKAD / MYKID / OKU CARD are required when collecting ticket(s) at the Ticketing Counter.
This ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and can only be used once and no partial redemption is allowed even if the ticket are not redeemed.
This ticket may not be resale and/or passed to any third party.
In the event of no- show within the validity period, there will be no refund for your purchase ticket.
No request to change the validity date of the entrance tickets shall be entertained.
Strictly no refund or exchange in the event of any closure of any activities or rides due to inclement weather, technical malfunction, maintenance or any other reason at the sole discretion of 99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City)
99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City) reserves the right to close any section for special occasions/events/ unfavourable weather and etc.
We reserve the right to substitute, amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the rights to vary, amend or change these online ticketing terms and conditions without prior notice.
All visitors are subject to and shall abide all the Rules and Regulations, Terms and Conditions of 99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City). 99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City), it’s employees, workers and agents shall bear no liability for any damages, loss, injury or death and any arising out or resulting from your presence at the Park, whether it is caused by the negligence of our company or otherwise.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All online purchases shall be deemed final after we send the confirmation email.
No refund, exchanges or cancellations will be allowed even if the tickets are not redeemed/collected and no amendment to the ticket order will be entertained.
