Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and to direct a comprehensive partnership and promotional plan for 99 Wonderland Park (Advertisement and Promotion, Events, Campaigns, Project, Collaborates and etc).
  • To manage and update company’s website and social media pages (eg. Facebook).
  • Managing reviews on company’s social media profiles & third party websites.
  • Social care for our customers to handle inquiries which comes through our social media channels.
  • Building and managing the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Corporate Blog, etc.
  • Listening and engaging in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don't yet know us.
  • Working alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience.
  • Monitoring trends in online community channels, trends and applications, competition and be aware of market changes and development.
  • Actively be responsible with customer engagement, customer response and crisis management where necessary.
  • Liaising with agencies, media agencies, designers, working partners, collaboration companies etc.

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess with at least a Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in media buying, social media marketing, handling of company social media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc).
  • Possess excellent writing skills and proven writing in writing, editing and producing content for social media.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (especially in writing).
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.

Cashier / Guest Service & Ticketing

Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities :
  • To ensure that counter is well kept during Opening & Closing.
  • To manage crowd control and take orders at queue lanes.
  • Handles all guest related inquiries and complaints, takes necessary action steps which include escalation to higher level to obtain remedial conclusions as and when required.
  • To have full knowledge of the Park activities & facilities after undergoing Induction Program and coaching by Supervisor.
  • Able to communicate to guests in a friendly manner and in detail about the Park Services and facilities, activities and ongoing promotions.
  • Responsible of the firm banding of wristbands and scanning for guests prior to them proceeding into.
  • To ensure high compliance on all Standard of Operations set by 99 Wonderland Park.
  • Performs any other job related duties as requested by the Superior.

Requirements :
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work on shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays; to cater to business needs.
  • Willing to work long hours to support business hours, as and when required.
  • Able to handle substantial amount of cash and have confidence in selling activities.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.

Park Crew

Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities :
  • To operate all attractions as instructed and as set in operating procedures.
  • To operate all attractions with a view to maintaining the highest level of safety.
  • To adhere to all standard operating procedures, carry out daily inspections to the checklist on the attraction assigned to.
  • To ensure customers safety at all times and to report on any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • To provide first aid attention when necessary.
  • To inform customers on attraction procedures courteously.
  • To provide a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the station and its surroundings.
  • To assist in all maintenance work request from time to time.
  • To report any defects concerning safety and breakdowns immediately.

Requirements :
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition, service oriented, pro-active, able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Park Admin

Job Descriptions:

  • To handle admin and support duties.
  • To perform filing and data entry.
  • To attend incoming calls & email correspondences.

Requirements :
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition, service oriented, pro-active, able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
